Tulpenrallye 1971

The story of 1971: Although the 1970 edition had been a success, the Tulpenrallye organisation decided to call off the 1971 edition. There was a shortage of entries, obtaining the permits proved a problem, and the absence of a number of good sponsors was grounds for cancelling the edition. A touring run was organised that year nonetheless!
