The Tulpenrallye has a new website
One place for the events, entering, the results, the photo archive and the shop — built by a small group of volunteers.
From today the new Tulpenrallye website is online. What used to be scattered across different places now comes together: the events with their programme, route and headquarters, the results, the archive and the shop.
Entering now runs through our own module
Every event has its own entry — the Tulpenrallye, the Pre-2000 and the Compact. You arrange everything in one go: the crew, the car, the clothing sizes and the payment. After that you follow what still needs doing in your own account, and you update your details yourself whenever something changes.
A back office comes with it, which the rally office uses to keep track of the entry list, the payments and the administration. That saves manual work and, more importantly, it saves mistakes.
The full history, from 1949 onwards
Under Historie every Tulpenrallye that has been driven has its own page, from the very first edition in 1949 up to last year. For each edition you will find the entrants, the final classification, the route and the story of that year, together with the photographs and videos that were made.
The photo archive holds more than nineteen thousand photographs across a hundred and seventy folders — one per rally day, one for the prologue, and separate folders for the entered cars and the winners. Those last ones can be searched by start number, so you can find what was captured of your own car.
This means tulpenrallyehistory.com is being retired. What used to be there, and a good deal more, now sits together on this site.
Built by volunteers
This site is the work of a small group of volunteers.
Which also means things may have slipped through. If something does not work, looks odd, or leaves you stuck, we would be glad to hear it — it makes the site better. Send your remarks to rallyoffice@tulpenrallye.nl.
